Window hardening Issues

i have a HP zbook, windows 10 1909, 32mb,intel core i9-9880h cpu

i can install virtual box and set up my VM but as soon as i try to run it i get this error

please try reinstalling virtualbox

i click ok and i get this error

i have tried partitioning,my hardrive, i have tried to boot from usb i have uninstalled my whole security system, i have no idea what to do i will upload the log file

This hardening log was taken before the guest window was closed, apparently, unless it was truncated. The end part with the exit code is missing.

There are a lot of "[lacks WinVerifyTrust]" which seems to fit with exit code 1, but we can't tell with the posted log.

Please try again to start a guest. If the error occurs while a guest window or error box is open, close it before taking the log. Zip the log file before posting it.

however strange thing was i went into hp sure sense-advanced setting-edit and turned off--enhanced threat protection and it worked then i got the black screen with flashing command prompt turns out i need to specify where the boot file went as soon as i did that it worked, soo glad its took me five days to figure it out, i find it kind of weird that it didn't work where in uninstalled sure sense
