Unable to install base system, Please help

I have been trying to troubleshoot this problem for more than 5 hours now and still get the same error stating there was an error trying to install the kernel package ('linux-image=amd64') into the target system, check /var/log/syslog or see virtual console 4 for the details. I have the log file, I just don't know how to post it without going over the character limit.
What I have tried doing:
Delete & Reinstall
Delete partitions and re-partition HDD
Enable PAE
Check and clean boot (possible corruption)

System Specs:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit OS
Intel i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz
8 GB RAM
GEFORCE GTX 1650

Zip files are permitted & preferred, and in some cases required. Zip the log, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
