4.3.40 doesn't have the garbled, etc. audio in ReactOS and Windows Server 2003.

It seems to be happening because VirtualBox doesn't like the small buffer size used by WavePCI based audio drivers.

I managed to find someone that fixed the issue in the driver. Its fixed code can be found at
