I have tried the following:
Restarted computer
Reinstalled VirtualBox (at least twice now)
Deleted the VirtualBox Folder in Program files
checked for solutions, but since i have no VM set up, they were not relevant.
This is the error message i received:
Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate.
Error in C:\Users\Caleb\.VirtualBox\VirtualBox.xml (line 27) -- UUID "{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}" has zero format.

I would uninstall VirtualBox and try again. Make sure that you install from the user account you wish to use when running VirtualBox, but use the Run as administrator right-click option to start the installer.

No affect, issue still persists

Reboot your host PC to ensure that no Virtualbox processes are running.
First try this: go to 'C:\Users\Caleb\.VirtualBox', find 'VirtualBox.xml' and rename it to 'VirtualBox.xml-bad'. Then rename 'VirtualBox.xml-prev' to 'VirtualBox.xml'. Try Virtualbox. If the mani window and guests start wel, then it was just a glitch in VirtualBox.xml. Have fun!
If the above did not work, try this:
Go to 'C:\Users\Caleb', and move the '.Virtualbox' folder (note the period starting the name) to the Desktop. This will reset the main Virtualbox window. Your guests will remain available to re-register, but the guest list will be empty. All of the File menu Preferences will have to be manually reset.
Start Virtualbox. Use the Machine menu Add command to find and register a guest's .vbox file. Close the main Virtualbox window and re-open it. If no error occurs, register another guest and close/re-open Virtualbox.
If a particular guest causes the main window to have an error, repeat the whole process of rebooting, moving the .Virtualbox folder, and re-registering guests, AVOIDING the guest that caused the error. Get all the other guests re-registered.
Finally, gather one good guest's .vbox file and the failing guest's .vbox file, and zip and post the both using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
If all the guests re-register without error and can boot, then there was just a glitch in the Virtualbox.xml file.

That worked, thank you for your help
