Problem with Windows 10 guest clipboard

Hi. I have a Windows 10 host and Windows 10 guest. I use the guest to run a macro that copy and paste data.
Problem is, even with Shared Clipboard disabled, the guest's clipboard data disappears whenever I use copy in the host.
For example, the macro in the guest copies "some text" and before it's able to paste it, I copy "other text" in my host. "some text" in the guest's clipboard will then disappear therefore the macro will not past anything.

Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show in Explorer. Zip the guest's .vbox file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Clipboard does appear to be off, can't think of why Virtualbox would be sharing the clipboard anyway. Are you tempting into the guest too, using native RDP or VNC or some such? Remote-in software often shares clipboard too.
I'd say the only sure-fire way to check that Virtualbox is not involved is to uninstall the Guest Additions from the guest. Then the macro should run influence-free unless there's another 3rd-party channel into the guest clipboard.

Thanks! Uninstalling Guest Additions worked!

Great, glad you're up and running! Even without Guest Additions, some guest allow use of Virtualbox mouse hardware that can still smoothly slide in and out of the guest, so you might not notice too much trouble not having Guest Additions.
And a real network (Bridged or Host-Only) will allow passing data via real shared folders, so the Guest Additions Shared Folders not being there might not be a problem too.
