Can some one authoritatively tell me if virtualbox actually runs on Windows 10 Host Version 10.0.18363.778 (version 1909 - 19H2) or not.
I have searched the web and this forum. I have tried almost every suggestion made.
The only semi-authoritative comments was on SuperUser:
"There are some known issues with Windows 10 version 1909 and VirtualBox with Hyper-V support. Even if you were to get it to work, you will suffer from severe performance problems, it's still considered an experimental feature. The next version of VirtualBox will address some of these concerns. I have no idea if some of your issues are due to Vagrant or not. There are no solutions to your problem at this time. – Ramhound Mar 10 at 0:39"
