Erro on Start up

Hi,
Just joined because I can't get virtualbox to start? Details (attached image) for anyone who understands them & could guide me as to what I'm doing or not doing?

VMMR0_DO_NEM_INIT_VM failed: VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API_2 (VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API_2).
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Please carefully go through every part of I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests. Your problem could be from not having VT-x/AMD-V/SVM turned on in the PC's BIOS, or Windows Hyper-V is enabled. Both are covered in the linked tutorial.
