WinXP VM boot failed

when starting the virtual machine, the VBox crashed. No clue what's going on/wrong with it.
when I shut it down , it was working fine with a normal shutdown process.
Anyone pls help to check the VBox.log and see any findings? thx in adv.

When did this VM last work? What changed since then?
Oh - and uninstall that extension pack. It's a complete no-no to use Guest Additions or Extension Packs which are newer than the host software. In fact with the extension pack the version is supposed to match
exactly.
