Please provide a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Re: windows 7 & windows 10 is very slow
The graphics RAM allocation in the Win10 guest is ridiculously low. This will cause all kinds of slow graphics problems.
Also, the correct graphics chipset to use in VirtualBox 6.1.6 with Windows 10 is VBoxSVGA, not VBoxVGA.
However, I see that this VM is the Edge trial from Microsoft, so I'm not sure how much hardware manipulation you can do before you get activation problems that can't be fixed.

And the main reason why Win10 and Win7 are slow:00:00:03.363474 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000000800000 (8 388 608, 8 MB)
You have Hyper-v enabled, so all VMs will be slow, not just Windows ones. See related FAQ: FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests, especially posts #2 and beyond.00:00:03.363987 HM: HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM: VT-x is not available
