To diagnose general problems we need the VM log, not the hardening log. The latter is only needed to diagnose hardening problems, which you don't have (error code at end of log == 0).

However, I appreciate that you went to the trouble of zipping the log, which makes it more convenient for me. Most don't bother because it's inconvenient for them.

Anyway, to get the VM log: with the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

It looks like you paid 0 attention to the settings of this VM!
00:00:02.445144 Host RAM: 8142MB (7.9GB) total, 4172MB (4.0GB) available
...
00:00:02.553399 Guest OS type: 'Windows10_64'
...
00:00:02.744187 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000020000000 (536 870 912, 512 MB)
00:00:02.744184 NumCPUs <integer> = 0x0000000000000001 (1)
Windows 10 64bit in 512MB with one core? I don't think so. I believe the minimum RAM is 2GB, on this host I'd go with that. I'd also give 2 cores to the VM.

A more serious problem is likely to be this :
00:00:02.744576 HM: HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM: AMD-V is not available
00:00:02.786852 NEM: WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent is TRUE, so this might work...
Hyper-v is enabled (or some other feature that boils down to Hyper-v). This effectively stops any other VM platform from running properly. See related FAQ: FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
