Problem with USB stick on VM Windows 7

Post by AveMaria »

Hi there,
Virtualbox 6.1.6 installed on Windows 10, and Windows 7 Ultimate in the virtual machine. W7 starts up perfectly but I can't get the connected pendrive (USB) to appear in Computer. The Device Manager indicates that there is no driver for that device (Thosiba Transmedia MX 64GB). This pendrive works on W10 (and it also worked on W7 before installing W10). Attached images for clarity.
I don't know what to do.
Best regards
Angel

Carefully go through USB basics and troubleshooting. If you finish all the steps 1-7 and cannot get your USB device into the guest OS, carefully post the outputs of the commands in step 8 as text in

Code: Select all

tags, not screenshots. Zip and post the log step 8 calls for, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
