To answer the OPs question, technical support ALWAYS comes at a price, especially telephone support, most especially expert telephone support (e.g. from the devs). In practice only businesses can afford the price. Users of the free version don't get any kind of personal support, they can however chat about the problem on these forums.

Beware shills offering "we support everything for $25/year".
