There isn't one for free Virtualbox users, just the user forum. If you paid for Virtualbox from Oracle you would have the support phone number, but careful, there's a bit of sticker shock...

Since I'm suspicious of this topic's purpose, I'm going to lock it. To answer the OPs question, technical support ALWAYS comes at a price, especially telephone support, most especially expert telephone support (e.g. from the devs). In practice only businesses can afford the price. Users of the free version don't get any kind of personal support, they can however chat about the problem on these forums.

Beware shills offering "we support everything for $25/year". I can pretty much guarantee that they know nothing, and you're out $25 (not per year, since I assume you wouldn't be dumb enough to renew, but if so then I have this essay writing service I can charge you for, or maybe a share in the fortune of a Nigerian prince...).
