Hello there,
1) This is on a fresh Windows installation along with an error free VirtualBox installation.
2) Create a VirtualMachine as a Windows 10 (64-bit) guest
3) Follow prompts creating a new dynamically allocated disk.
4) Don't start up virtual machine.
5) Select VM and select Machine->Remove->Delete All Files.
6) CTD.
Not sure what logs to attach as this isn't a fault of the guest OS as far as I'm aware as it isn't even running!
Host: Windows 10 64-bit
VirtualBox: Version 6.1.6 r137129 (Qt5.6.2)

Re: VirtualBox Manager CTD
According to Google's first response, CTD means "conductivity, temperature, and depth". Later it says CTD could also mean "Crash to Desktop". I'm going to go with the second one...
Yep, sounds the same as viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97818. For my tests, Remove->Remove Only had the same result. A Bugtracker ticket is open: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/195250X13 wrote:error free VirtualBox installation. (<- SG- implying an empty guest list)
5) Select VM and select Machine->Remove->Delete All Files.
6) CTD.
