microphone recording

Hi I want to capture video and make some video tutorial on windows 10 so I dont see a option to record my voice how do I enable voice+video recording together
Guest Settings, Audio, has the box Enable Audio Input. That would theoretically send host PC audio, including your microphone, into the guest. I don't know if it comes in on a separate Microphone stream or all host audio is combined.
I would not try to record AV in a virtual machine. VMs don't interface solidly with the real world, such that continuum-dependent things like sound might not get recorded properly. I would record AV on the host and run the guest full-screen to make it look like I'm recording AV in the guest.
