I hope I can ask help to someone for VirtualBox 6.1 that I use to do laboratory tests on different operating systems and make me creasy

The problem lies in the fact that every time I restart the PC (Windows 10) the virtual machines no longer start, and they all give the same error, for example this test with a simple DOS below

The only solution is to reinstall Virtualbox from scratch
After that the virtual machines work until I turn off the PC, when the same story is turned on again.
