VirtualBox 6.1.6 with Host Only adapter (NDIS6) VM fail to start

with VB 6.1.4 and 6.1.6 VMs did not start with "Host only Network Adapter"

Power up failed (vrc=VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND, rc=E_FAIL (0X80004005))

I have done following and non of the worked for me

1) Uninstall -- reboot -- Install
2) Update to new version
3) Installing NDIS5 driver (.\VirtualBox-6.1.6-137129-Win.exe -msiparams NETWORKTYPE=NDIS5)
4) Run as admin (both Installer and VB application)
5) Many thing more done

What worked for me was Install VB 6.1.6 in following order
i). Install VB 6.1.6 normally
II). then again run installer from powershell with following switch (power shell ran from Shift + Right Click on empty space in Download Folder)

.\VirtualBox-6.1.6-137129-Win.exe --reinstall

III). Reboot

Now it is working

After reboot it is not working again...
need a help with permanent solution...
NDIS6 driver has something to do with this.
