I would like to configure my vmbox to use host applications (Ms Excel for exemple).

Nope, I'm afraid we can't help you with that. The Virtual Machine is a separate PC, separately licensed. To run Office apps you'll need to install a version of Windows and then install and activate Office. Actually, if you mean Office 365 cloud based then I guess you can run it on multiple PCs.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly do you want to do?

If you wish to run the applications that the host has installed in the guest too, you can download or copy the installers into the guest and install fresh copies. Fresh licenses will be required for licensed programs, like Mpack said.

If you want to interface with running host apps you would need a network between the host and guest, like Bridged or Host-Only. See Virtualbox Networks: In Pictures. Then use whatever functions available that you could normally use between two networked computers.

So what are you trying to do?
