Re: Virtual Box wiill not run error kernel module
When you tried "executing '/sbin/vboxconfig' ", what happened?
Re: Virtual Box wiill not run error kernel module
It just showed the text in the file. When I checked the problem was still there.scottgus1 wrote:When you tried "executing '/sbin/vboxconfig' ", what happened?

Re: Virtual Box wiill not run error kernel module
I am not a Linux guru, unfortunately, so I would not know what else to do, except to try uninstalling and reinstalling Virtualbox.
Also web-search for things like:
executing /sbin/vboxconfig site:forums.virtualbox.org

Re: Virtual Box wiill not run error kernel module
I have tried that it is impossible I deleted all the folders and files I just could not remove it at all it is complete mystery how it can still stay in and still is in the menu. I try reinstalling and it keeps saying it cannot as the same still exists.scottgus1 wrote:I am not a Linux guru, unfortunately, so I would not know what else to do, except to try uninstalling and reinstalling Virtualbox.

I run search for virtualbox on the whole file system and I get this
/sys/fs/selinux/booleans/use_virtualbox
I cannot remove it says I have no permissions even using a root folder
I have chmod 777 on it and still it will not be deleted or renamed.
This is the only trace of it in all the files if you have any ideas on removing it I would appreciate it.
