Enable to run VM : Call to WHvSetupPartition failed

Hi All,

I'm enable to run a VM due to this error :

Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

I try all the solutions on the web without any results.

I'm on Windows 10 64 bits 1019 and I try to run Win 7 64bits.

Can anyone helps me plz ?

thanks for replay.

I check all the points and I still have the issue :

virtualBox 6.0.x gives me the same error and 6.1.x is very very very slow, so that I can't work with it...

So may I use 6.0 or 6.1 ?

I disabled Hyper-V but I get the same error...

Everything we know about how to get this error to go away is in that tutorial. Either Microsoft came up with something new, or there's something else in the tutorial that needs to be tried and got missed.
