guest additions 6.1.4 - Clipboard issues

Hi

VB 6.1.4 running on Windows 10 host has issues shearing the clipboard with Ubuntu 18.04.

Issue: Clipboard will not shear (either way) on Ubuntu, Desktop 16.04, 18.04, Server 16.04, 18.04, 19.10

Solution: Installed VB 6.1.2 and reinstalled guest additions as 6.1.2 on Ubuntu.
