installing software inside of windows 10

hello just wanna ask if I can install the software (i already have windows 10 in VM and I just wanted to install software, is it possible ?)
Absolutely. There are two easy methods to get installers into the guest OS.
1. A Virtualbox guest has a network preset to allow the internet into a guest. If you can access the internet you can download anything into the guest.
2. If you install Guest Additions in the guest, you can make a Guest Additions Shared Folder, then copy the installers and data into the guest from the host PC through the Guest Additions Shared Folder.
