Virtual Box Studio Not Starting

Hello Guys,

I'm a newbie in SAS but i'm certain i have followed the quidelines for installation of the SAS software correctly.I used the SAS UNiversity EdItion guidelines.
The problem is that after installing and configuring correctly,I cant start the Virtual Box.This is what it gives me below:

Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Are you using a 6.1 version of VirtualBox? Version 6.1 requires hardware virtualization *VT-x or AMD-V) to be enabled in the host machine, no matter what guest you are installing.

How you enable that depends on what sort of PC you are using. If it is not obvious from the BIOS settings, Google is your friend.
