Not able to install and run Linux based virtual machine. Virtual box freeze after first attempt to run guest OS. No error message appears Log file analysis of log file reports no potential issue

If the guest Virtualbox window opens, then some form of guest log should be created. Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window and choose Show Log, then zip and post the logs using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
If no Virtualbox guest window opens, and Virtualbox puts up an error window, either make a screenshot of the error and resize-crop it to fit the forum's 128kB size limit, then list it using Upload Attachment. Better, if there's a Copy button in the error box, press it an paste the copy text on the forum.
