Hello,

I couldn't find this easyly in the docs.

I have xp host and ubuntu 8.04 guest. If I mount a drive on the network in the ubuntu guest (cifs), then shutdown the guest saving it's snapshot, what happens to that share? Is it deactivated until I startup the guest again?

Thanks.

That is a pretty good question. If you use the Saved State, then all I can think about is that the share is remembered in the Guest system, and should not give much problems. When I connect to my PC from my laptop and put it to hibernate, the share is still connected if I resume from the image and if the network connection is up, the share was still browseable.

I suggest you just try and see what it actually does.
