Re: Nested virtulzation is greyed out
Could be that you don't have VT-x or AMD-V turned on in your computer's BIOS. See I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests
Please try to run a guest, then zip and post the guest's vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab. This will tell us if another Windows service that uses Hyper-V is present.

Re: Nested virtulzation is greyed out
You are only suspending / saving your guest, not shutting it down.
You cannot change settings on a saved state, the guest needs to be completely off.

Re: Nested virtulzation is greyed out
That setting is greyed out on my laptop host running 6.1.2, as well. I suspect that there are certain host requirements that are necessary for the Virtualbox guest to pass VT-x further down into another Virtualbox guest running in nested virtualization. The changelog says:
Your log shows unrestricted use of VT-x for Virtualbox, so Hyper-V shouldn't be getting in the way.
'Tis a puzzle.
Is your guest running well? Are you trying to run nested virtualization?
According to Wikipedia, Broadwell is dated 2014, and your i7-7700HQ is dated 2017, so unless something else is required, it should be good for nested virtualization.Virtualization core: Support for nested hardware-virtualization on Intel CPUs (starting with 5th generation Core i, codename Broadwell), so far tested only with guest running VirtualBox

Re: Nested virtulzation is greyed out
I'll have to drop out of this one then, I don't know how to troubleshoot nested virtualization setups. I'll stay tuned, though.
