VMs with Virtualbox very slow on AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

Hey Everyone,

i have a problem with VirtualBox 6.1.4 on Windows 10 and AMD Ryzen 5 2600X.
I need a VM with Windows 10 and Ubuntu. Both OS not really working, because the Installation and/or the installed OS is very very slow.
I played with some settings but without any success.

On my notebook with a Ryzen 7 CPU works VirtualBox fast and without problems.

Any Ideas whats the problem?

My CPU-Info:
- AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor
- Sockel-Typ AM4
- Mainboard: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd B450 TOMAHAWK (MS-7C02) 1.0
- SVM is in BIOS active

Best regards
Frank

Start the guest from full power off, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.

Please zip and post a guest vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

I have same issue with:
CPU
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor

SVM enabled in BIOS. Tried with enabled and disabled Hyper-V feature.

This is probably becasue "Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-v" is not enabled. But it's actually greyed out. And if I turn it on via command line it gives me error, that it can't start VM at all:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine WinDev2003Eval. Cannot enable nested VT-x/AMD-V without nested-paging and unresricted guest execution! (VERR_CPUM_INVALID_HWVIRT_CONFIG). Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
Attaching logs, w/o this checkbox and when VM is unbelievably slow. I was not even able to wait until it shows me login screen.
