Drag and drop feature doesnt work from Windows 10 to Virtualbox. Any solution?

Does anyone know how i can get the drag and drop feature to work from windows 10 to virtualbox (win 10). I need a fast way to move files from my win10 to my virtual box.
I have attached a screenshot of the feature i have enabled, but not able to transfer files.

Drag-n-Drop requires Guest Additions to be installed. Pick the "Insert Guest Additions CD Image" choice in the picture you posted. Then if the guest OS does not autorun the installer, go to the guest's CD drive and run the installer manually.

If you believe you have installed the Guest Additions, please start the guest from full power off, not save-state. Log in and try a drag-n-drop. Then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.

Finally, zip and post a guest vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
