Wrong Keyboard Layout

Hallo,

I have installed Virtualbox 6.1.4 on Debian 10.3.0.

Under Virtualbox i have an one XP and one RHEL7 virtual machine.

The Debian uses am german keyboard.
Also in the virtual machines the keyboard layout ist german.

Up to no, all is fine.

But now is comming the problem.

At home i'm using teamviewer 15.3 on a thinkpad T420 running under Mint 19.1. with german keyboard.

On the debian 10.3.0 in my office ist also teamviewer 15.3 installed.

Wenn i conect to the debian machine via teamviewer, the keyboard layout in the debian machine ist also correct (german).
No problem until now.
But inside the virtual machines (XP, RHEL7) the keyboard layout is no US.

What happens?
