Getting "Could not open the medium", is it possible to change snapshot paths?

I'm getting this message Could not open the medium 'F:\hd01.vdi' while the machine itself has a new hard disk with a new UUID, at X:\hd02.vdi. I'm trying to restore the machine from a previous snapshot.
