I/O errors when installing Fedora

Hi,
I'm trying to install some linux distribution in VirtualBox 6.1.4. I started with Fedora 31 Workstation. After booting the VM using Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-31-1.9.iso the media check fails and if I skip this, the installation procedure crashes while installing the packages. From the windows 10 host I the SHA256 c on the media is correct. Did somebody of you encounted a similar problem?
The reason for why I suspect the problem at VirtualBox is that the installtion of CentOS and Ubuntu also fails while installing the packages (I wasn't able to extract a proper error message).

Any help would be great!

Best wishes,
Peter

I have the same issue. I've suspected memory issues but I haven't really had any issues besides this one.
Ran memtestx86 for a few hours with no errors (yes, I know that only means that no errors were found).

Please zip and post a failing guest's vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

At first, check hash for downloaded iso.

Became otherwise occupied. Sorry.

The Checksum (ofc I checked, but I understand shy you ask) checks out:
Site check - 3ee3f4ea1538e026fff763e2b284a6f20b259d91d1ad5688f5783a67d279423b

Edit: This boot log and hash is with CentOS. I started with Fedora, and tried a few different distros. All have the same error.
