Error vt-x is not available virtualbox? Help

im sure that this has all ready been asked but..

Prior to installing Windows 10 1909, VB worked now I get vt-x is not available virtualbox error on launching the OS.

I have read that the powershell cmd as admin... dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V --- fixes the problem?

But will this stop hyper-v or windows 10 sandbox working or make them un-sandboxed?

is there an alternate fix within VB?

what is the reverse of dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V ---- to re-enable dism.exe /Online /Enable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V ---?
