I was using VirtualBox last year for awhile. I originally installed 5.2.20 then updated that to 6.0.8. Eventually I uninstalled it, but apparently not completely. When I went to install 6.1.4 I got the message:
The feature your are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'VirtualBox-5.2.20-r125813-MultiArch_amd64.msi' in the box below.
In the box it points to C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Temp\VirtualBox\
That folder does not exist, nor does that file exist on my computer. When I click on OK I get the message:
'C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Temp\VirtualBox-5.2.20-r125813-MultiArch_amd64.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installatin package ''VirtualBox-5.2.20-r125813-MultiArch_amd64.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.2.20.
When I try to uninstall VBox 5.2.20 or 6.0.8 I get the same messages.
Any guidance would be much appreciated, I'm a novice with VBox and trying to find my way.
Remnants of previous install preventing me from installing 6.1.4

Rather a coincidence, but see this: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97235#p471783
Same problem, same solution, see Mpack's advice.
