Virtualbox Hardenign Errors everywhere

Hello everyone,

Trying to troubleshoot these hardening errors but i can't seem to get anywhere.

I have attached my logs.

I am running windows 10 1909, Virtualbox 6.1.4
No AV beside windows defender removed all HP Bloatware from the Machine(i thought this was causing the problem.)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated been tearing my hair out for weeks now

Those hardeining logs do tend to cause headaches trying to interpret them/ There is a tutorial in trying to investigate them: Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues

Your log shows, as the biggest problem, that there's something wrong with Teamviewer. They apparently forgot to security-sign the file. Try uninstalling Teamviewer, hopefully it will clear most of the static from that file. See what the log says next.

My main issue is I am remoting to the machine using Teamviewer.
It not in the same region as me.

I have gone through that post you mentioned, this is a newly installed operating system with Virtualbox and Teamviewer installed.

I have managed to remove TeamViewer in place of any desk and now the logs have changed alot

Hmm, 'tis a puzzle. The exit code 1, according to the linked tutorial, might require a run-as-admin 'sfc /scannow'. Also check that there's no extra security software or web-safe filters running. Can't think of anyone else.

I have tried sfc /scannow but to no avail.

As mentioned there is minimal software on the machine at the moment, It's virtual box and thats it

Ok, so I found the issue.

HP Keyboard software, i removed all HP software from the laptop and all and it started working.

Thanks for letting us know. Do you have a link to that software? I would like to see where it showed up in the hardening log.

HP are known to bundle a lot of poor quality crap with their hardware, including their own AV package. I'm a fan of HP hardware, but none of their bundled software survives day #1!
