Code: Select all

00:00:09.876968 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack (Version: 4.3.40 r110317; VRDE Module: VBoxVRDP unusable because of 'Failed to load the main module ('D:\Program Files\VirtualBox/ExtensionPacks/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack/win.x86/VBoxPuelMain.DLL'): VERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND - GetLastError=126')
Try to remove (File \ Preferences \ Extensions) and then reinstall Extension Pack.
Library itself requires vcredist 2010, so make sure you have it installed too - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -downloads

Also, it is better to update to the newer version of VirtualBox.
5.2 is the latest one that supports x86.
Hosts: Arch Linux, Windows 10;
Guests: Windows 10, Kali, Fedora/RHEL.

True but alas, it still didn't officially support XP, just the 32bit versions of Win7 onward. That doesn't mean it will definitely fail, just that even if 4.3.40 was still being supported, the devs would not be interested in doing so.

I don't think VirtualBox has been installed properly for this user on this host. It's the only explanation I can think of for having so many missing modules.

I fully uninstalled the program, erased the installation folder, and reinstalled. The error returned.
