Re: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Your hardening log has an exit code of 1. See Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues
Try starting your guest "Detachable Start" using the dropdown triangle next to the main Virtualbox window's Start toolbar button. If the guest starts without error, then maybe your host PC graphics drivers need an update.
If the guest continues to have errors even with Detachable start, please zip and post a guest vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
Apparently there are problems with "opengl32.dll" and "glu32/dll", both graphics files.1b34.2304: Error (rc=0):

Re: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
More information is had in this log, except for one accidental deletion of the version of Virtualbox in the first line:
Additionally, the "opengl32" error shows something may be wrong with your host PC's video drivers, perhaps related to the theme hack, perhaps not.
First, try setting the XP guest to no 3D acceleration. Try to run the guest.
If the guest still errors out, try updating your host video drivers.
If the guest still errors out again, try removing the host PC theme hack.
Hardening is not happy with a theme hack you have on the Windows 10 host, but it may be just rejected rather than crash the guest. Then again, maybe it is crashing the guest:{should be something here}6238 win.amd64 (Feb 20 2020 17:48:03) release log

Re: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
theme-hacked uxtheme.dll , troubled opengl32.dll, and 3D acceleration are still present.
