how a new user can use the Virualbox directly?

yesterday, I add a user named "user" in ubuntu, but while I was running the Virtualbox, a new install interface come out, I dont't want get so.

Is there a way to use the exited Virtualbox directly by a new user?

You don't make much sense, can you clarify this more? What is happening and what do you want (and not want).
