VB does not want to boot?

Hello! VB has worked well for me for months, but it doesn't want to work anymore. The past few days I haven't had time to use my computer, so I haven't changed anything. Before that, VB worked without problems, but now it doesn't want to boot any of my VMs.
I'm still on a 32-bit Xubuntu, and I have tried to use multiple versions of VB, but nothing works. I use Ubuntu VMs and they get to the flashing underscore command line screen, then freeze. This happens to all VMs. I tried booting into recovery mode, but it freezes on something different every time. I searched for solutions and they were only to disable settings I already had disabled. I tried disabling VT-x, and a VM booted, but it could only show the lock screen. The desktop was also black.
I can't do anything to the VM when it freezes, then it crashes the window, but the memory is still being used, and VB thinks the VM is running. If I try to stop/reset/pause the VM from VB, it also freezes VB and sometimes the desktop. I've had to force shutdown twice, and I have now uninstalled VB. Is there something wrong with my host?
I can't upload the log file, so here is a pastebin.
