Hello All,
I have recently installed VBox 2.0.0 on Fedora9. I create a VM for
WindowsXP and go through the setup. When I go to start it, it always
hangs at Spawning Session and the progress show 0%. Help anyone?

2.0.0 Doesn't work well, if at all on Fedora 9.
Uninstall VB 2.0.0 using the package manager, then install 2.0.2.
I've only tried 64-bit Linux guests, though. Mepis 7 work well, Ubuntu 8.10-alpha5 doesn't work well, Sidux 2008-3 can't start the x-server (but will from the 32-bit 686 version).
I read somewhere on VB bugs list that fc9 has a known bug with its x-server version 1.5x, and when/if they upgrade past that VB may work better.
Ah, here's something about it:

Something else I had to do, which you may not, was create a new user because after that first install, VB refuses to work on my default user. With new user, no problems. When you install the guest additions on Fedora9 you will note the following message if you take the time to read the installer messages: Detected Xorg 1.5 RCx, refusing to install the Xorg modules. We will provide updated guest additions once Xorg 1.5.0 was released finally. Please check the vbox-users mailing list for further announcements. I have the same problem.
After i install, the following message appears:
"No precompiled module for this kernel found -- trying to build one."
When i start to load a vm, the "Spawning session" appears, and freezes.
Any idea on how to compile a module.
Thanks.
