Complete offline installation of VirtualBox

I have a linux pc on which I need to get Virtualbox installed on; the problem is that that particular pc has no access to the internet (some pci issues so no way to install my nic...).
So I am asking, how to find all dependencies of Virtualbox along with the package itself and get it installed... kinda an offline installation? (Inferred: I have access to another pc that has access to the internet)

You need download virtualbox deb file and others dependency offline as well
