- Windows Insider Build 19041.1
- Hyper-V is enabled (used by WSL & Docker Desktop)

The problem: no way to start any kind of VM on VirtualBox -- it always ends with

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Ubuntu (USB).

VMMR0_DO_NEM_INIT_VM failed: VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API (VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API).

AMD-V is not available (VERR_SVM_NO_SVM).
