Hello all and sorry for the noob question. However, this issue has been bothering me for a while. I am running KDE Plasma (latest as of 12/26/19) and running the latest version of Virtual Box. I have a Windows 10 VM running with all the guest tools, etc. If the Windows VM happens to have focus when I close my laptop lid and then open the lid I am not presented with a lock screen. I have the entire drive encrypted and am pretty concerned about security if this laptop is lost or stolen and it would worry me that a thief could simply open my laptop lid if I closed it with the VM having focus.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way around this other than shutting down the VM or remembering to minimize it? This has been an issue for quite some time for me.
Thanks for any info
Dave
