I have gone through the whole guide and done all of the steps. Of course, there is a chance i have missed something.
However, i tried this on another pc with the same version of windows and VB, and it worked without any problems.

The problem:
When i try to attach a usb device in the virtual machine, i get the "USB device is busy message".

To follow the guidlines on minimum information:

The version of VirtualBox you are using, and whether you have installed the Guest Additions (in the guest).

6.1.0 r135406 (Qt5.6.2)

Host & Guest make and version including 32 or 64 bit, and the amount of memory available to both.

Host: Windows 10 Pro 64bit, 16 gb
Guest: Ubuntu 64 bit, 1024 MB Memory

VM log file (as an attachment) See your VirtualBox users guide for how to locate this if using CLI or right click the guest in the VirtualBox main manager and select show log. Then choose save.
*Note: Windows as host users with version newer than 4.3.12 need to post the VBoxStartup.log or VBoxHardening.log

Additional information

Its a Conbee II Usb stick. And as previously mentioned, it works without any problems on another computer with the same setup.

Short answer: the host is using it. Solve that by waiting until the guest has finished booting before plugging in the device.

p.s. Please scale down your screenshots in future. Or just don't scale them up? (that image quality looks rougher than I'd expect for HiDPI).

I did this, once more, since you asked. The situation is still the same.

Creating an account here and posting this is my last resort since trying this for a week now.

I manage to get it working on another machine. But doing the same thing on the primary pc still doesnt work.

I suggest that you run through the FAQ: USB Basics and Troubleshooting, and tell us on which step it failed.

I also tried to connect my wifi adapter and it worked perfectly the first time but after I restarted me pc it just shows that USB is busy with the previous request
