Thanks the links, I have read them and I see you getting told a couple times to report in the forum. That's only part of the picture, though. Many of your Bugtracker posts were things that could have been solved on the forum first (and were in some cases). One ticket was more of an enhancement request, which didn't get far because there wasn't enough data to prove Virtualbox had to do something different. Discussion on the forum would have helped you avoid the trouble.

The general trend is: discuss the problem first on the forum, then if all else fails, go to the Bugtracker. The forum gurus can often tell you what to put in the Bugtracker ticket, so your ticket doesn't get closed off for lack of proper information.

Hope this helps for future interaction on the forum and the Bugtracker.

About the transparency issue, I've tried other registry branches but don't make any effect. Apparently at greeting screen it's enabled always. What wonders me is that it such glitch shouldn't happen in the first place, there is a bug in there that's for sure.

There are probably some bugs for sure. I think it's Bugtracker time. Post a guest log with 3D on and the registry hack removed, with the graphics glitches showing. Post another guest log with 3D off and no registry hack (and no glitches?). Then a third guest log with the registry hack (3D on?) Explain everything thoroughly.

Could you please do it for me with already provided log? I don't want any other socratis complaint by any means.
