NAT Network no internet connection (destination host unreachable)

I saw a similar post about this same issue but didnt really see an answer that would help me.

Host: Dell XPS 15 9550
Version: VirtualBox 6.0

I am trying to setup a pentesting lab and I have two guests running on a NAT Network that can ping each other but when i try to ping 8.8.8.8 i get "Destination host unreachable" . However, switching the guests to NAT allows me to ping 8.8.8.8. and access the internet. I have uploaded the .log file that the NAT Network is named after as well as vboxmanage showvminfo <guest name> --details
