Time to boot Windows 2016 as a guest

I have upgraded to Virtual Box 6.0.14 (from 5.2.30) on my Windows 10 Asus Notebook. I had a Windows Server 2016 guest and noticed that I have to wait until 5 minutes before I can start doing something with this guest. I have another machine equally running Windows 10 and using Virtual Box 5.2.30. The computer running the 6.0.14 version is faster than the other one (i7quad core processor, vs i3 dual core, both systems have 16GB of memory) nevertheless Windows 2016 guest boots in half of the time on the 5.2.30 host. I removed the Virtual Box extensions from the guest running on the 6.0.14 host and installed with an iso the 5.2.34 extensions. Now I have similar boot times on both systems.
Has somebody experienced similar issues? Any idea of what could be done to improve the performances using the 6.0.14 extensions with the 6.0.14 host?
Apoloigize for asking directly this question. I didn't find if it was adressed on another posts. Neither I did a deep exploration of the logs in the different systems. My impression is that the enhancements in the video is just eating time before completing the boot. I mean boot until I have the possibility to work with the system (there is an autolog implemented).
