Hey guys, I am trying to get Windows XP (32-Bit) working on VirtualBox. However, I keep getting the message 'FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.' I have tried tutorials on how to fix this issue, however none of them have worked. I have attached the log file.
Plz help!

That message always means just what it says. What you are trying to boot from is not bootable media.
I presume that you are trying to boot from the virtual optical drive. What have you assigned to that? It needs to be assigned to a valid system install .iso file or assigned to the physical DVD drive of the host which contains valid OS install media. The only install media I see in your log is a Windows 2003 service pack, and they are not bootable.

00:00:07.721028 File system of 'C:\Users\Barry\Downloads\w2k3sp2_3959_usa_x64fre_spcd.iso' (DVD) is ntfs
This looks like the Service Pack 2 for Windows 2003 Server ISO, not the installer ISO. The former is not bootable, you're supposed to run it from an installed OS to upgrade it.
It's not even the Win XP installer!
