VCPU0: Guru Meditation 1155 (VINF_EM_TRIPLE_FAULT)

Hello,
I recently upgraded my server from celeron 3565u platform to ryzen 3400g. Host system - Debian 9
Firstly i used older version of VB 6.0.*. and got that error. After that I removed completely Virtualbox and reinstalled 6.0.12 with 6.0.12 extensions pack and took working copy of my VM from backup.

Still after running for some time, VM crash :
