The command "VBoxLinuxAdditions.run --help" does not show all possible parameters, like "uninstall" for example.
Are there other undocumented parameters?
Is there a parameter that lets me auto accept updates?
For example: lets say I have GuestAdditions 4.0 and want to update to 6.0
Now when I run VBoxLinuxAdditions.run I got asked "Do you which to continue?"
Is there a way of skipping that question or auto accepting it?
I would like to automate that part.
VBoxLinuxAdditions.run auto accept "yes"?

Undocumented parameters? For what is in a sense a ... text file? Just open the "VBoxLinuxAdditions.run" with a text editor...BillsComputerStore wrote:Are there other undocumented parameters?
That's your guest OS doing this, not the GAs. Same answer for the rest of your questions, it's your Guest asking the questions.BillsComputerStore wrote:Now when I run VBoxLinuxAdditions.run I got asked "Do you which to continue?"
