vboxwebsrv not starting (not throwing any errors/output)

Hello,

I am using VirtualBox on a rpm-based linux distro (Mageia 5/6/7)
I have an issue on the mga6 and mga7 with vboxwebsrv that even called directly won't start the service.

Something happen with the vboxwebsrv from virtualbox 5.1.22 and higher.
